Reporting Copyright Infringement

- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner’s behalf.

Counter-Notification
If you believe your content was wrongly removed or disabled due to mistake or misidentification, you may send us a counter-notification containing:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the removed or disabled material and its location before removal.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you believe the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your contact information.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for your address, and that you will accept service of process from the party who submitted the original DMCA notice.
Repeat Infringers
In appropriate circumstances, GIPHYLY may terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers.
